Highest base crit chance (50%) and crit damage (1650%) in the base game. Slow attack speed is offset by powerful cooldown skills. Each skill covers a different element — pick one school, invest in it, and cycle Meteor Strike as a finisher.

Affix priorities

  1. Crit Chance — already at 50%; push toward 100% for consistent burst
  2. Crit Damage — amplifier on top of 1650% base; scales exponentially
  3. Cooldown Reduction — the most important stat for keeping Meteor Strike and Flame Hydra looping
  4. Elemental Damage % (Fire, Cold, or Lightning) — pick one school and stack it
  5. AoE — widens spell radius for wave-clearing efficiency

Rune priorities

  • All Hero Attack Damage % — base attack is average; a boost helps spells that scale from it
  • Offline Reward Gold % — Sorcerer is strong at AFK stages; extra idle gold accelerates the Cube

Tips

  • Fire school (Fireball + Flame Hydra) is the most accessible early on — Fire Damage % affixes are common.
