The Torment endgame loop

Torment is the endgame difficulty in Task Bar Hero. Once you clear Act 3 Normal, the difficulty selector unlocks higher tiers — each one raises enemy stats and scales drop quality, but also gates meaningful loot behind the harder content.

The core loop is farm → synthesize → upgrade gear → push higher stages. Torment stages drop higher-tier loot boxes, which in turn drop higher-grade materials for gear crafting and Cube leveling.

Key Torment tips

Offline income scales with stage level — stay at the highest stage your hero can clear so idle gold and XP keep pace with active play.
Cube leveling unlocks Immortal synthesis at Level 10, which is the first step toward endgame gear. Prioritize Cube XP early.
Synthesis grade matters more than gear quantity — one well-rolled Immortal piece outperforms several Rare pieces. Use the Synthesis calculator to plan material costs.
Steam Market items drop more frequently in Torment. High-value materials (check Best Drops) fund gear upgrades via the Steam Market.
